Estimate & planning
What information do I need for an estimate?
Both addresses or ZIP codes, move date, home or space size, inventory, access details, special items, and any packing help.
What are ZIP Moving's hourly rates?
ZIP Moving's hourly rate is $119 for two movers, $159 for three movers, and $189 for four movers. All packing and protection materials used by the crew are included. If a moving truck is needed, the truck fee starts at $150. Special-item handling, including individually reviewed piano moves, starts at $199.
What if my move details change?
Call or email as soon as possible. Changes may affect availability, crew, timing, or the estimate.

Packing & protection
Do you offer packing?
Packing help is available by scope. All packing and protection materials used by the crew are included in the hourly rate. Tell us which rooms or items need packing help.
How are special or heavy items handled?
Special-item handling starts at $199. Pianos and other oversized or unusually heavy items are reviewed individually. List every special item before booking so the route, equipment, and final charge can be confirmed.

Can you move a business?
Commercial moving is available for an agreed inventory, access plan, schedule, and site contact.
